Our story
Code+Play is a hands on STEAM exploratorium in Lafayette, Louisiana, founded by Terysa Ridgeway, a tech leader at Google, U.S. Goodwill Ambassador, and best selling author of the Terysa Solves It children’s book series, read by more than 230,000 people worldwide. Terysa started Code+Play so every child can build, code, and create with real tools. Today we welcome kids to Open Lab, camps, and after school programs, and we bring our mobile labs to schools, libraries, and festivals across the region.
